CONDITION:    Vintage STANLEY Fleur-de-lis No. 199 Utility Knife in Original Pkg NOS This is a VERY COOL  Vintage STANLEY Fleur-de-lis No. 199 Utility Knife in Original Pkg NOS.   MADE in USA.  EXCELLENT CONDITION.  Packaging shows light shelf wear / discoloration (see pic).  Dated 1999 on back (see pic).  NOTE>>> Plastic has recently separated from cardboard.     No previous owners marks  ( see pics)  Sold As-Is.
